Schedule of Lectures

GPS AND NAVIGATION TRAINING 9:00AM - 10:00AM [Whiskey & Wrenches] Dan Bryant, Dan Dan the Photo Man A retired commercial photographer and lifelong motorcyclist, Dan has been on two wheels since he first twisted a throttle on a minibike in 1965. With over 60 years of riding experience, his transition into digital navigation began in 1999 with the launch of the original Garmin eTrex. That "little yellow brick" fundamentally changed how he viewed the landscape, sparking a decades-long passion for backcountry exploration. Having mastered the art of "adventure riding" long before it became a modern industry category, Dan combines a photographer’s eye for detail with a pioneer’s deep understanding of GPS technology. WHY ESSENTIAL GEAR MATTERS 10:30AM - 11:30AM [Pavilion] The REV'IT! team INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL, WITH Q&A 12:00PM - 1:00PM [Pavilion] Chad and Rose of Two Wheels, Three Sheets, presented by GIVI USA Chad Horton and Rose Padilla, the Los Angeles-based duo behind Two Wheels Three Sheets, have spent years exploring the world on two wheels. After more than five years and 125,000 kilometers riding through the remote corners of South America, including the Andes, Patagonia, and the Amazon rainforest, they returned to the United States in 2024. But the adventure was far from over. Since then, they've completed another epic journey to the Arctic Ocean and are now exploring the rugged backroads of the American West, sharing their adventures, misadventures, and the people and places they encounter along the way. A FIRST LOOK AT THE 2027 GILA MONSTER RALLY 1:30PM - 2:30PM [Pavilion] Rich Gibbens and TJ McWhorter Rich has been riding and racing motorcycles for more than 30 years. He started riding dirt bikes as a kid and then moved on to motocross racing in his teen years. Starting in 2004, he began creating, organizing, and leading dual sport adventure rides and rallies in and around the great state of Texas, including the Texas Adventure Ride (a four-day adventure in the Texas Hill Country), the Around the Bend Rally (a four-day adventure in the Big Bend region of Texas) and MexTrek (a multi-day adventure ride in the mountains of northeast Mexico). More than 4,000 riders have attended Rich's events over the years. Rich is also the author of dual sport adventure ride guides for the Texas Hill Country, Big Bend, and northeast Mexico. TJ began riding ADV bikes in 2016 when he and his Dad attended their first adventure rally. Since then he has ridden tens of thousands of miles offroad in the mountains of the PNW, the deserts of Southern California, and the Texas Hill Country. He has won adventure rallies, co-founded an ADV riding team, and ridden with men and women from all across the world. TJ's current mission is to inspire everyone to become better riders and teach the upcoming generations to confidently handle and enjoy adventure motorcycles on any type of terrain.
